    PSYCHIATRIST AND MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Ismail is a psychiatrist specializing in complex diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based medication optimization. A graduate of Chicago Medical School, he leads the practice’s commitment to Diagnostic Clarity, moving beyond surface-level symptom management to build structured clinical roadmaps.     PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

    Ebteehal is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a specialized background in emergency medicine and high-acuity mental health management. She brings a rigorous clinical eye to medical management, focusing on the intersection of physiological health and mental wellness. Ebteehal works closely with patients to ensure their medication regimens are safe, streamlined, and perfectly aligned with their long-term recovery goals.

    LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER

    Khalled believes that healing happens when our outer world and inner life are in alignment. Khalled’s unique, integrative approach to healing is anchored in the clinical education of the #1 ranked social work program, University of Michigan, bridged with the spiritual depths of his Islamic Psychology training. He incorporates evidence-based modalities like CBT and ACT with Traditional Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy (TIIP), maintaining culturally grounded, holistic care that honors the identity of every individual he serves.
