  • Mohammed Ismail, MD

    Dr. Ismail is a compassionate psychiatrist who believes in treating every patient with respect and understanding, while honoring cultural backgrounds and experiences.

    He completed both medical school and his psychiatry residency at Chicago Medical School, where he developed a strong foundation in both psychotherapy and medication management.

  • Ebteehal Ismail, PA-C

    Ebteehal is a board-certified physician assistant with experience in emergency medicine and a comprehensive background in managing psychiatric and mental health cases.

    She draws on her diverse background to provide skilled and compassionate care.

Initial evaluation

75 minutes $475

The session is designed to provide a comprehensive and thorough evaluation, including a detailed history taking, a diagnostic assessment, and the joint development of a personalized treatment plan.

Follow-up sessions

40 minutes $275

20 minutes $175

These sessions are for ongoing medication management, progress review, and brief supportive therapy. Extended follow-up sessions are available as needed.

Complete our brief online prescreening form. Our team promptly reviewed your submission to confirm that Amanda behavioral health is the right fit for your needs.

Step 2: Confirm Payment and Schedule

Once approved, you'll be sent a secure link to confirm payment for the initial evaluation. You will also receive confirmation and a link for your first visit.

Step 3: Begin Personalized Treatment

During your first visit, we establish a personalized treatment plan. Follow up sessions are booked directly with your provider as needed.

  • Yes!

  • No, this practice does not prescribe stimulants for ADHD or other controlled substances for long-term management.

  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to a telehealth video call. If you prefer, we can also do appointments by phone. However, intakes must be over video.

  • Not at this time. This is a self-pay practice. We cannot see patients enrolled in government-provided insurance such as Medicare or Medicaid, even for cash-pay services.

  • Yes, we speak Arabic.

  • No, we only see adults 18+.

  • Yes. This is a detailed receipt that contains all the information an insurance company needs to reimburse a patient for an out-of-network service.
